Practice
The light blue energy feels like breaking through the surface after being underwater too long. Like the first breath of air that nobody can take from you. Your chest expands. Walls become suggestions. Rules become optional. Every chain, every expectation, every limit placed on you by others or yourself. They all fall away. What remains is pure movement, pure possibility, the knowledge that you cannot be held or stopped or contained.
Philosophy
Try to catch water in your hands. It slips through. Build a wall. It flows around. Dam it up. The pressure builds until the dam breaks. This is the truth water teaches: that true freedom is not the absence of obstacles, but the refusal to be stopped by them.
